Returns & Exchanges

If you received a product that you did not order or that was damaged during shipping, we can exchange for the correct item at no cost.
All other products may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 45 days of purchase.
  • Items must be received in like-new, resalable condition. We reserve the right to determine "like-new condition"
  • Products that require assembly must be returned in their original form. Once they have been assembled, we cannot accept them for return.
If you wish to return a product outside of the 45 days from the date of purchase, we will still accept the return and offer you store credit for your purchase amount.

Return Procedure

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact our customer service department at (844) 328-7185 or info@mainstshop.com to begin the process.
You will receive a prepaid shipping label for your return. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will refund your account for the purchase amount less the cost for return shipping. Please allow for up to two billing cycles to pass before your account is credited the refund.

Why Made in the USA?

We believe there are many benefits to sourcing American made goods. We love the idea of contributing to American manufacturing. Some of our products are produced in small business and some in larger manufacturing facilities, but both contribute to jobs right here in the USA. Also, we love the idea that these products don’t have to cross an ocean to get to us, so we are hopeful the more local aspect contributes to less environmental impact. We hope you will find that the products we source are made to last, quality pieces that you can treasure for many years, truly made in the American tradition.

What’s with the weird photos?

Because our products are diverse and unique we try to have a little fun in creating unique ways to showcase them and their relationships to the categories we place them in. Plus it’s fun to make friends and family who agree to pose in our photos do silly things.

How do you find your products and verify they are made in the USA?

We source our products in many ways, trade shows, shopping locally, design and sourcing in house and vendor and customer referrals. We ask each vendor to verify that their products are made in the USA and rely on their certification.
