Simple Dutch Oven Vegetarian Chili

1 (28 oz) Can Crushed Tomatoes

1 Can Pinto Beans

1 Can Kidney Beans

1 Can Garbanzo Beans

1 (medium) Chopped White Onion

2 Cloves Minced Garlic

2 Tablespoons Chili Powder

1 Teaspoon Cumin Powder

Salt & Pepper to Taste

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Sauté Chopped Onion and Garlic in Dutch Oven on Medium for 2 minutes then add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, then cover and let simmer for 30 minutes. 

We recommend topping with Monterey Jack Cheese, Sour Cream, and Avocado!
